Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Team Member to join our food production team. This role involves working collaboratively to prepare ready-to-eat food items, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and uphold food safety standards. As a Kitchen Team Member, you should be comfortable with hands-on tasks and adaptable to support both kitchen and warehouse operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble ready-to-eat food products according to established procedures.

Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment regularly to maintain hygiene standards.

Organize kitchen inventory through proper rotation and stocking of items.

Wash, measure, and store food items in compliance with food safety regulations.

Assist with receiving deliveries, including offloading products from trucks.

Support the picking and organizing of finished products for delivery.

Occasionally assist the warehouse team with order picking and related tasks.

Follow directions from Kitchen Supervisors and the Kitchen Manager.

Participate in mandatory overtime during peak production periods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (training provided).

Physical ability to lift and move products (up to 25 lbs.).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to take on varied tasks as assigned.
