Overview
We are seeking an Unarmed Luxury Guard to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff within a high-end retail setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security, loss prevention, and conflict management, ensuring the protection of assets while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol the retail premises to prevent theft and ensure safety.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to observe and report suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, applying first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required, maintaining clear communication during incidents.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and enhance store security.
- Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing store policies and procedures.
- Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations to maintain a peaceful shopping environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Skills
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Strong understanding of conflict management principles.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
