RN – Clinic II (Cardiac / Cardiothoracic Surgery)
Temp‑to‑Hire | Outpatient Clinic | Knoxville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
Pay: $29–$38/hr (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Cardiac or Cardiothoracic Surgery experience to join a fast‑paced outpatient clinic. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity offering a stable weekday schedule and the chance to work closely with providers in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide professional nursing care in an outpatient cardiac specialty clinic
· Prepare patients for procedures, perform assessments, and complete basic triage
· Assist providers during examinations and procedures
· Coordinate care, patient education, follow‑up appointments, and test results
· Communicate with hospitals, nursing facilities, and interdisciplinary teams
· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and comfort
What We’re Looking For:
· Active Tennessee RN license
· Minimum 3 years RN experience (required)
· Cardiac or Cardiothoracic Surgery experience (required)
· Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
· Excellent communication, organization, and patient‑centered care skills
· CPR certification (OSHA annually)
Pay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
