Our company is hiring a Case Manager/team member. The team member will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is meeting their goals in the areas of new business leads, scheduling, handling in-bound and out-bound phone calls, Chiropractic consultations, Chiropractic examinations and assisting the Doctor(s), practice member retention and Chiropractic cases closed. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing excellent customer service, taking initiative, as well as being an efficient team leader.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the telephone to schedule new Chiropractic cases.
- Perform new practice member consultations and examinations.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of various conditions.
- Handle signing-up new Chiropractic cases for care.
- Manage practice member expectations regarding services and outcomes that may be reasonably expected.
- Coordinate services to help practice members reach their goals.
- Receive and interpret data in a timely manner.
- Record data, so it is accessible for the Doctor(s) and Team.
- Mandate proper use of resources to ensure efficient organization operations.
- Work individually as well as in a group/team.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean office/work environment.
- MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED.
- MUST BE ORGANIZED.
- Potentially providing assistance for external outreach events during out of office hours.
- Assist with Spanish-speaking practice members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
