Entry-Level Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close (journal entries, reconciliations)
- Support daily accounting tasks, including expense tracking and transaction review
- Maintain fixed assets (additions, updates, depreciation)
- Run reports and validate data (including Salesforce)
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc projects
- Partner with internal teams on basic accounting questions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, spreadsheets)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong team player with good communication skills
