Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation | Medical Malpractice & Trial Defense
I'm partnering with one of Washington's most respected litigation firms to identify a talented Associate Attorney who is passionate about courtroom advocacy and interested in building a long-term career as a trial lawyer.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to work on high-exposure cases from day one. The practice is particularly known for its work defending medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and complex liability claims on behalf of healthcare providers, hospitals, businesses, and insurers.

What You'll Do

Handle discovery and client communications
What I'm Looking For
-
J.D. from an accredited law school
-
Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
-
3+ years of civil litigation and/or Medical Malpractice experience
-
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and litigation strategy
-
Excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
-
Desire to build a career focused on litigation and trial work
