As a Wall Foreman at our Dane location, you will:

Ensure proper conditions for job quality and safety before and during projects

Review crew member timecards
-
Complete vehicle mechanical and safety checklists daily

Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
-
Coordinate with general contractor and/or customer
-
Coordinate with office to order fill sand, lumber, and gravel
-
Review jobsite for safety and access
-
Layout work for jobs including forms, height, pitch, etc.

Assign tasks to crew members
-
Organize grading and concrete pouring
-
Note changes in jobsite conditions and/or alterations and inform office
-
Complete final review of completed work to check quality
-
Attend foremen meeting and safety meetings as scheduled
-
Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely

Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials

Valid Wisconsin drivers license and reliable transportation

3 years of field experience in concrete wall work preferred

Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly

Proficiency with power tools

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
