La Petite Colline is a bilingual (French and English) preschool for children between in Brooklyn. We believe that education is an adventure through which children can reach their full potential.
Drawing from our Swiss background, we provide a progressive and project-based program. Our garden reflect our belief that a child’s environment serves as the third teacher. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Education Director to join our team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Office Duties
- Provide in-class instructional coaching
- Curriculum Development and Implementation
- New Hire & Monthly Trainings
- Parent/Teacher Conferences
- Classroom & Teacher Management
- Professional Development
- Classroom Observations
- Corrective Action for Children & Staff

Requirements:
- Master's (Preferred)
- Leadership/Director: 1 year (Preferred)
- NYS Teacher Certification Birth - Grade 2 or equivalent (Preferred)
- New York State Teaching Certification, (minimum Birth through 2)
- Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
