· Build out construction schedules
· Manage and schedule sub-contractors
· Create To Do’s in BT for all crews on every project
· Oversee daily site operations
· Inspect work regularly & ensure daily logs on done each day
· Resolve on-site issues quickly
· Identify Potential Risks (Scheduling, Materials, Safety)
· Create Material Order Lists
· Maintain Quality throughout all phases
· Constant Communication
· Ensure Resources are available when needed
· Make sure the architect plans are being followed
· Resolve conflicts and keep morale high
· Update Buildertrend on a daily basis
· Be a leader
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
