ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an E-Commerce & Amazon Specialist who can help manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
- Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain accurate product data
- Analyze marketplace trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Handle customer escalations and maintain a high seller account health rating
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (A PLUS)
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish
- Experience selling on Walmart Marketplace or other platforms
- Familiarity with electronics or technology products
