We are actively recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician who is ready to practice medicine the way it was meant to be — with time, balance, and purpose.
This is not your average primary care position. This is a practice built around physician quality of life and patient-centered care.
Compensation & Bonus
- Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annually, based on experience
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Performance-based bonuses
- 401(k) with employer match
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No on-call requirements
Practice Details
- 12–16 adult patients per day (no pediatrics)
- Value-based care model — quality over volume
- Outpatient only — no hospital rounds
- Collaborative, experienced support team
- Malpractice coverage fully provided
- Florida medical license reimbursement

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care. New Grads and ACN physicians welcome
- 2 + years experience
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration
- Medicare Advantage / managed care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first philosophy
