Class A CDL Driver operates a truck and trailer to deliver water from one assigned destination to another. This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of the vehicle, within company policy.
Driver is responsible for executing job assignments in the most safe, efficient, and professional way possible so that Firestone Trucking Inc. provides the best oilfield experience available to our valued customers. We will work together as a team to achieve our goal.
This position reports to dispatch, team members on call, driver manager and driver leads. Frequent contact with customer representatives, other company personnel, and other service company representatives is required.
- Must be safety orientated with Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
- 1 year MINIMUM experience
- Must have clean driving record
- Water Transport experience preferred, but training is available
- 5 on 2 off work schedule
- Pass a pre-employment DOT drug/alcohol screening and pre-hire physical
- Have basic math and writing skills

Summary
As a CDL Class A Tanker Driver on the night shift, you will be responsible for safely transporting liquid cargo while adhering to all regulations and company policies. This role requires a valid CDL A license and a Tanker Endorsement, along with strong driving skills and experience in operating tractor-trailers. Your core competencies in commercial driving will be complemented by premium skills in handling tanker trailers. You will ensure timely deliveries, manage loading and unloading processes, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
