As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Every day brings new opportunities to make a lasting impact by helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and achieve their treatment goals.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic updates, and mental status examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans
Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion
Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills
Maintain accurate, timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care
Work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Receive training and support in addictions treatment if desired
Is passionate about helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives
Builds strong therapeutic relationships through empathy and compassion
Is organized, self-directed, and able to manage a clinical caseload
Values collaboration while working independently

Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline; LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC preferred.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
- Ability to understand all Federal, State and local regulations that are applicable to the practice of Social Work, Mental Health counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
