We're hiring for a part-time, in-home Caregiver position to support clients in Little Rock, AR, Conway, AR, Pine Bluff, AR, Monticello, AR, El Dorado, AR, Crossett, AR, Hot Springs, AR, and surrounding areas. This is an ideal opportunity for someone dependable, compassionate, and skilled in patient support.
About the Role
You'll provide one-on-one care in a home setting, helping clients with daily living tasks and ensuring their comfort and safety. A calm and reassuring presence is important.
Responsibilities
MUST KNOW HOW TO USE AN EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) SYSTEM, particularly Caresmartz360
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accurately document care while following HIPAA guidelines
- Help with mobility and transfers using proper safety techniques
- Support patients with dignity and compassion
- Communicate effectively with the care team
What We're Looking For
- Fully Documented Caregivers
- Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a similar setting is preferred
- Reliable transportation
