Title: Recovery / Repossession Agent (Night Shift)
Hours: Night Shift
Pay: $50,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and performance. Average agents earn between $900 – $2,000 per week)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dependable Recovery / Repossession Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for locating and recovering vehicles using advanced tools and equipment, operating independently while supported by a strong dispatch and management team.
Key Responsibilities
· Recover vehicles and other collateral in accordance with local laws and regulations
· Use RDN, DRN, Clearplan, and skip tracing tools to locate assets
· Operate a self-loader tow truck safely and efficiently
· Complete recovery documentation, condition reports, and photo logs
· Communicate with dispatch and office staff for assignments and updates
· Maintain and care for your assigned late-model truck
Qualifications
· Must be at least 24 years old
· Clean driving record and background check required
· Experience with RDN, DRN, Clearplan, and skip tracing
· Prior repossession experience is required
· Proficiency with self-loader tow trucks
· Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
