Digital Marketing & Social Commerce Specialist

Overview
Origami Owl is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly
organized Digital Marketing & Social Commerce Specialist to join our
fast-paced marketing team. This hands-on role is responsible for creating
engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media
channels, supporting ecommerce growth, and helping bring our brand story to life.
The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator, digital marketer, and
project manager. You are proactive, organized, data-driven, and passionate
about building community while driving measurable business results. You leverage
AI to increase efficiency and output while maintaining brand authenticity.
Digital Marketing
- Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns supporting launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Support the digital marketing calendar and execute campaigns around key initiatives.
- Implement SEO best practices across product pages, collections, metadata, and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research and recommend strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate paid social campaigns with internal teams or agency partners.
Social Media & Social Commerce
- Drive revenue growth leveraging Social Commerce
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create Reels, Stories, TikToks, photography, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Write engaging captions aligned with the brand voice.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Manage community engagement through comments and direct messages.
- Stay ahead of trends and platform updates.
- Manage product tagging, links, and calls-to-action.
- Develop and execute Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop campaigns.
- Optimize social commerce experiences to drive conversion.
Content Creation
- Capture photography and video for launches, events, and lifestyle content.
- Design graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Maintain brand consistency and organize digital assets.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Manage automated flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize customer lifecycle marketing.
Live Selling & Creator Commerce
- Support and coordinate live selling events across Instagram, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- Assist with planning live shopping calendars, featured products, and promotional offers.
- Partner with creators and internal hosts to maximize engagement and sales.
- Analyze live selling performance and recommend improvements.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Coordinate influencer gifting, PR mailers, and creator partnerships.
- Track deliverables and campaign performance.
- Build authentic relationships with creators and brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs across social media, ecommerce, email, SEO, and
- digital campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Recommend improvements based on customer behavior and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media or
- ecommerce.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, or
- content creation.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram Shop and/or TikTok Shop.
- Shopify experience.
- Klaviyo experience.
- Canva and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Short-form video editing experience.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, metadata optimization, and
- content optimization.
- Strong copywriting, organization, and communication skills.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Google Analytics (GA4).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop campaigns.
- Experience hosting or supporting livestream selling events.
- Influencer marketing and collab experience.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management software.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Design, Claude Code
