Hours: Two weekday evenings, 5:00pm-9:00pm; Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am-5:00pm
Personable adult client requiring total support. During mornings, staff will assist with getting ready for the day, hygiene and daily routines, and provide supervision, and provide total support at meal times. Client enjoys playing with toys, listening to music, playing games, and spending some time on independent activities.
For onboarding and payroll, candidate(s) will need to apply to Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) or PPL.
Position requires providing full assistance with all ADLs (Dressing, hygiene routines, toileting, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- High School Diploma or GED may be required.
- Smartphone and/or tablet for electronic record keeping.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgement, and complete necessary documentation.
Please note: candidates who have the availability to cover both weeknights and weekend days preferred, however, candidates who can reliably cover a portion of the needed hours will be considered.
