Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetic medicine, exceptional patient-facing skills, and experience performing laser hair removal and other aesthetic laser treatments. This role is responsible for conducting consultations, developing customized treatment plans, performing advanced laser procedures, and educating patients on available services and products. Experience in medical aesthetics, strong sales ability, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience are highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assess candidacy for laser and aesthetic treatments.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical history, and skin concerns.
- Perform laser hair removal and other aesthetic laser treatments safely and effectively.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care.
- Build strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up care.
- Recommend appropriate treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products based on patient needs.
- Convert consultations into treatment plans while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct patient-facing clinical experience.
- Experience performing laser hair removal and aesthetic laser treatments preferred.
- Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term patient relationships.
- Proven ability to educate patients and confidently recommend treatment plans.
- Sales-minded with the ability to convert consultations into treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare sales.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
