What You’ll Actually Do:
This is a customer-facing field role. Your responsibilities include:
- Interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Working directly with customers at their homes or workplace
- Explaining services clearly and professionally
- Recommending upgrades or future services
- Introducing customers to our members only program (no pressure sales)
- Communicating job updates and basic customer support
- Representing the company with professionalism and confidence
You are trusted to manage your time, your work quality, and your customer interactions.
Pay, Bonuses & Earning Potential:
This role is built for people who want to earn more by doing more.
Compensation includes:
- 30% of each job + 100% of your tips
- Weekly and monthly bonuses
- Seasonal challenges with cash rewards
Typical earnings range (before tips): $600-$840/wk
Top performers can earn (before tips): $900-$1250/wk
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Looking for full time, ready to work contractors
- Some schedule flexibility
- Work hours vary, but will fall between 7am and 7pm
- Busier during the spring/summer
- This will be a fully mobile position
- Must be comfortable working outdoors

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet
- Comfortable using a smartphone
Professional auto detailing experience is preferred, but not required. WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
