EverandThen Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional Licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing luxury aesthetic practice in Bethesda, Maryland.

Services You'll Perform
- Customized medical-grade facials
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- SkinPen® Microneedling
- Professional skincare consultations
- Customized treatment planning
- Retail skincare recommendations
Additional services may be introduced as the practice continues to grow.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Maryland Master Esthetician License
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Master Esthetician
- Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a medical spa or plastic surgery practice
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products
- Experience recommending and selling professional skincare regimens
- Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, positive, and professional personality
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable
Preferred
- Existing social media presence with comfort creating educational and promotional content
- Experience appearing in videos and social media marketing
- Existing patient following is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Performance-based commission opportunities
