House of Azadeh is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The role centers around creating a highly personalized experience for each client—from thoughtful styling and wardrobe recommendations to private appointments, events, and the cultivation of lasting relationships. You will represent House of Azadeh with warmth, discretion, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
The Role
- Create personalized styling experiences tailored to each client's individual taste, lifestyle, and wardrobe
- Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence, and discretion
- Develop strong knowledge of the House and its carefully curated collection of designers
- Introduce clients to collections through thoughtful, informed recommendations
- Cultivate meaningful client relationships through attentive follow-up and personalized service
- Assist with private appointments, trunk shows, events, and special client experiences
- Support sales through a sophisticated understanding of the client's needs and an ability to thoughtfully suggest complementary pieces
- Maintain the showroom with an impeccable standard of presentation and organization
- Process transactions and assist with inventory and day-to-day boutique operations
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall client experience. Ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbon, stationary and the like) are stocked at all times.

Experience
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, styling, or another client-facing environment is welcome, but luxury retail experience is not required.
We believe the right person can be taught the mechanics of luxury retail. What cannot be taught as easily is good taste, genuine warmth, attention to detail, and the desire to make someone feel beautifully cared for.
