Job Summary
The servers are placed in a fast-paced environment and are required to tune in and adapt to high volume. They must be able to greet tables quickly, while being detailed and efficient to make sure guest’s needs are taken care of. As a server, you are the deciding factor in a guest's overall experience. Our servers are responsible for checking on customers in a timely fashion and making sure guests are highly satisfied with their experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet your table 30 seconds after being sat.
- Take table food and drink orders (listening and repeating orders back to them to prevent small errors).
- Make suggestions from the menu to include suggestively selling appetizers, new menu items and specials.
- Upsell food and drink items by offering additional add-ons and/or merchandise.
- Promote a merchandise item to each table.
- Check ID’s if guests are drinking alcoholic beverages.
- Keep Sections Clean according to the standard set by the manager.
- Maintain a friendly and personable persona with each table for a memorable experience for each guest.
- Ensure an appropriate record of all guests orders to ensure no discrepancies in billing.
- Provide assistance to guests and ensure optimal level of satisfaction in the restaurant.
- Provide assistance to the supervisor and administer all cleaning jobs of the restaurant.
- Develop and maintain friendly relationships with regular patrons of the restaurant.
- Manage guest queries and ensure appropriate resolution of all guest queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and guests and ensure timely delivery of all services.

- Completes all cleaning and stocking duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
TiPs Certification required (can be completed after hiring), reliable and energetic, open-minded to other positions, positive attitude and team player.

Pay: From $6.75 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
