SafePassage Pet & Equine Cremation assists pet parents who have lost a beloved pet, and the Client Services Assistant is an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, has a comforting voice, and is very organized.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with pet parents to coordinate at home pickups/deliveries
- Entry/verification of information by our user-friendly care management software
- Contact clients to express condolences and to verify their Keepsake orders
- Monitor/facilitate all keepsake orders
- Communicate directly with veterinary offices: provide compassionate and efficient customer care.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and AR from clients
- Support sales team with organization of client lists, office visit scheduling,, and outreach calls to existing Vet hospital clients
- Interacting with customers and providing the highest standard of service
- Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
Work Hours:
Full-Time: A minimum of 32 -35 hours a week (including some weekends
Part-Time: A maximum of 30 hours a week (including weekends)

- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
