- We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing and documenting patient needs and conditions, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards
