You support our team as
- Support full-cycle recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Administer employee benefits and address routine employee inquiries.
- Provide support with employee relations and general HR administrative functions.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, including engagement programs and company events.
- Coordinate training sessions and support employee development efforts.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Participate in HR team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage routine administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or HR administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable labor laws.
- Experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Professional certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
