Partner with and enable distributor resources to expand coverage and drive consistent product utilization across the territory

Position the clinical and biomechanical advantages of 3D‑printed implants - including stiffness matching and porosity‑driven bone ingrowth - based on surgeon preferences and case needs

Support regional and national surgeon education efforts, including conferences, cadaver labs, and clinical training events

Provide market and competitive insights to leadership to inform product positioning and future commercial strategy

Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans while working closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
