Job Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced baristas to join our dynamic team at Jabal Coffee. As a barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our customers through exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold Jabal Coffee’s standards for quality, consistency, and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to ongoing learning about coffee culture.
