Role Overview
Ruby Detailing is hiring a Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Specialist to join our team. This is not an entry level detailing position. A minimum of 2 years of hands on paint correction experience is required for this role.
We are looking for someone with real experience in paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating prep, ceramic coating installation, and high quality vehicle detailing.
This person will work directly with ownership and will be one of the only people on the team trusted to perform paint correction and ceramic coating services. However, this is still a hands on detailing position. When paint correction or ceramic coating work is not scheduled, this person will be expected to perform day to day interior and exterior detailing, decontamination washes, prep work, and finishing work with the rest of the team.
This role is for someone who understands that high level detailing includes both advanced correction work and regular production detailing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of doing things the right way, and understands the level of care required when working on customer vehicles.
