As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a positive, patient-focused environment where your contributions truly make a difference.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails while providing outstanding customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars using our practice management software.
- Verify patient information and accurately enter data into our system.
- Process payments and maintain organized patient records.
- Confirm appointments and assist patients with scheduling questions.
- Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
- Support the team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to be part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets (including iPads), and learning new software quickly.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple digital systems and applications throughout the day.
