DC Cargo Mall is one of the fastest-growing suppliers of cargo control, load securement, and trucking products in the United States. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Business Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our sales, purchasing, operations, and marketing teams. This person will be responsible for coordinating with customers, suppliers, our bookkeeping team, and our remote marketing staff to ensure daily business operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support
- Take ownership of all inbound sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support the sales team with quotes, pricing, product information, and customer requests.
- Prepare and maintain customer price sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Purchasing & Vendor Management
- Place purchase orders with our manufacturing partners in China.
- Communicate daily with overseas suppliers regarding orders, production schedules, pricing, and shipping updates.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Resolve supplier issues and follow up until completed.
Accounting Support
- Assist our outsourced bookkeeping team by providing invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, and other financial information they require.
- Help keep company records organized and accurate.
Product Catalog Management
- Take ownership of maintaining our product catalog.
- Work closely with our remote marketing team to ensure product listings are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate new product launches and updates, including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Ensure all product information is consistent across our systems.
General Office Administration
- Keep company documents and records organized.
- Coordinate projects between departments.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with purchasing, vendor management, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
- Experience working with overseas suppliers is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
