About the Role:
We are looking for a Licensed Audiologist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This is not a traditional clinic role — instead, you’ll leverage your audiology expertise to create content, educate customers, and support product innovation. Your work will help us reach millions of people while ensuring our products and messaging remain clinically accurate and highly relatable.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create content for ads that communicates our value in clear, trustworthy, and relatable language.
· Develop educational material for “how to use our products” courses to help customers get the best results.
· Produce YouTube content (organic, free value) to educate, build trust, and expand our reach.
· Partner with the R&D and product teams to provide clinical insights that improve product design, usability, and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
· Available part-time (20/25+ hours/week)
· US Licensed Audiologist (AuD, MSc Audiology, or equivalent qualification) with active credentials
· 3+ years of clinical experience working with patients experiencing hearing loss, hearing aids, or other assistive devices.
· Strong ability to explain audiology concepts in simple, relatable language — especially for a 70+ year-old audience.
· Ability to work with product and R&D teams, providing expert input to improve product design, usability, and effectiveness.
· Strong written and spoken English skills (clear, concise, and audience-friendly).
· Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote, part-time role with international teams.
· Self-starter who can manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work independently.
Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive salary for this part-time role. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, and the expertise you bring to the position. Our goal is to attract top talent, and we’re prepared to reward the right candidate accordingly.
