Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support and ensure a memorable customer experience
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and maintain a customer database, source and develop client referrals
- Make presentations of our products and services to current and potential clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Outfit Service Technicians and make sure products are allocated correctly
- Answer and Schedule Service Calls
- Process Paperwork on Service Calls
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a successful CSR (Call Center or Security monitoring experience is a BIG plus)
- Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with basic computer skills including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly learn new software, interfaces, and systems
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mentality
