Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team at Water Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment equipment and Bottled-Free water coolers at customer sites. Your technical skills will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain water treatment systems and equipment at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in water systems.
- Utilize tools for testing and repairs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.
- Assist in training clients on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on-site.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
