As a Bellperson you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transporting to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with valet parking as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the lobby and baggage area.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Schedule Requirement: This position requires schedule flexibility. Candidates must be available to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) as well as other shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the operational needs of the hotel.
