This position is 100%. Commission, which (can) make people nervous. However, once you get on that pay structure, you'll never want an hourly job again!
There is no cap on how much you can make. If you want or need to buy something in life, its literally how bad you want it!
You do not need previous car sales experience to succeed here. While sales or customer service experience is a huge plus, we're far more interested in your work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.We CAN teach you the process, But we CANNOT teach hunger. There is no lack of hands on training, mentorship, tools, experience here. If you show up, and put in the effort, be teachable, you would actually have to try harder to NOT be successful!
What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and earn their trust.
- Follow up with leads, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
- Learn professional sales techniques that can benefit you for life.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Stay organized and manage your customer pipeline.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
