We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide services at our Escondido location at least 2-3 time a month or as needed . She will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and filing of documents
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and calendar management
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.

- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Bilingual , english and spanish is a must and ability communication with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices. Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing various tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
