We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team in our Crown Point office.

As a key member of our administrative team, the HR Assistant provides support across a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with employee scheduling and staffing needs
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
- Respond to employee questions and provide administrative HR support
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and HR projects as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all HR matters

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous recruiting, or HR experience preferred
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Ability to provide three professional references
- Negative TB test and drug screen required
