Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to assisting our Lead Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
Requirements
- Bilingual preferd.
- Drywall, texture, paint knowledge preferred.
- Apartment make ready experience preferred.
