We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Focus on unit turnover and make ready apartments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Experience in unit renovations.
- Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.
- ·Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Safety
· Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
