Oversee daily residential electrical and plumbing service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and job completion.

Lead, coach, and develop technicians to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality expectations.

Monitor KPIs (average ticket, conversion rates, callbacks) and drive continuous improvement.

Conduct ride-alongs and field observations to reinforce service and sales behaviors.
