HOS Management, LLC is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the beautiful Cotton Sail Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, located on Savannah's historic River Street.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with exceptional customer service.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and dining recommendations.
- Follow Hilton brand standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
