Entry Level Federal Sales Account Representative – Huntington Beach, CA
Full-Time | In-Office | Sales Career Opportunity
Looking for entry-level Federal Sales Account Representatives to join our growing team supporting the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, and federal agencies nationwide.
This is not a customer service job. This is not a remote position. This is a true sales role.
You will learn how to build relationships with buyers across the federal marketplace, including military bases, government facilities, and large agencies; while developing skills in prospecting, account management, negotiation, and business development.
What You'll Do:
- Make daily outbound calls to government and military buyers
- Prospect and develop new federal accounts
- Build long-term relationships with purchasing departments
- Quote products, follow up, and close opportunities
- Manage accounts from first contact through repeat business
- Learn federal procurement, GSA contracts, and DoD purchasing processes

Compensation:
Base hourly pay + commission opportunity.
Starting at $20.00/hour plus performance bonuses. Moderately successful representatives commonly earn the equivalent of approximately $25/hour, with top performers exceeding $30/hour through bonus incentives.
