Job Purpose
Support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, tracking purchasing initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery of products to support manufacturing operations.

Purchase direct and indirect materials to meet production and operational requirements.

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and inventory needs.

Analyze quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery, and service terms to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives.

Process purchase orders, contracts, requisitions, and invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Monitor supplier performance and support cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and sourcing initiatives.

Follow up on requests from Central Purchasing Center and internal stakeholders.

Support FTA/USMCA documentation, Certificate of Origin management, and trade compliance activities.

Assist with CBP audits and resolution of related issues.

Track purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost-saving activities.

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred.

CPM or CPSM certification is a plus.

Bilingual English/Korean highly preferred.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.

Understanding of purchasing processes, supply chain management, and trade compliance (FTA/USMCA).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industry.

Project management experience.

Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
