While traditional nephrology clinics often focus solely on late-stage intervention, we specialize in early detection, aggressive hypertension control, and comprehensive patient education to protect kidney function for the long haul.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient clinic patients with stage 1–5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), difficult-to-control hypertension, and related metabolic conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, order and interpret laboratory work (eGFR, proteinuria, electrolyte panels), and adjust medication regimens.
- Empower & Educate: Take time during visits to explain lab trends, dietary guidelines, and blood pressure control techniques in plain, accessible language to patients and their families.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our supervising nephrologist.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Active, unencumbered APRN / NP or PA-C license in Florida, with national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Self-Motivated & Curious: You take initiative, love learning specialized medicine, and take pride in owning your clinical growth.
