Dunbar Wellness Group (DWG) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time behavioral consultation services within our IBHS program. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and leading behavioral intervention strategies across assigned cases.
The BCBA plays a critical role in ensuring services are clinically sound, consistently delivered, and fully compliant with 55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240 and DWG documentation and billing standards.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and reassessments

Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable behavioral goals

Ensure treatment plans include family and school-based interventions
-
Complete treatment plan updates within required timelines (prior to expiration)

BCBA provides clinical direction and oversight to BHTs, MTs, and treatment team members

Ensure fidelity and effectiveness of behavioral interventions across settings
-
Lead behavioral strategy for assigned cases and participate in team and school meetings

BCBA completes all documentation in accordance with DWG standards:

Maintain audit-ready documentation in Zoobook at all times

Ensures documentation accuracy aligns with services rendered (zero tolerance for discrepancies)

Documentation compliance directly impacts payroll processing

Ensure services are delivered strictly within authorized parameters, including:

Location (home, school, community)

Approved service hours

Maintain alignment across FBA, authorization, scheduler, and facesheet at all times

BCBA maintains active engagement with all assigned cases

Communicates regularly with families, schools, and treatment team members
-
Provides parent training and support as part of intervention planning

Active BCBA certification (required)

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral health needs

Ability to work in home, school, and community-based settings
-
Reliable transportation

Experience in IBHS or Medicaid-funded behavioral health programs

Familiarity with CBH (Philadelphia) expectations and documentation standards

Experience conducting FBAs and collaborating within school systems

Experience using EHR systems (Zoobook preferred)

Strong clinical judgment and behavioral analysis skills
