What You'll Be Doing
As our Concierge, you'll serve as a welcoming presence within the community, providing exceptional customer service while helping ensure a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for residents and guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Responding promptly to resident and guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a high level of customer service
- Coordinating concierge services and assisting with requests, reservations, and community information
- Providing recommendations regarding local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and community resources
- Assisting in resolving resident and guest concerns while ensuring a positive experience
- Monitoring access points and supporting community safety and security procedures
- Collaborating with onsite teams, vendors, and security personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions, service requests, packages, deliveries, and other community activities
- Communicating important information to residents, guests, and team members as needed
- Participating in training programs and staying informed about community services, policies, and events
- Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, creating memorable experiences, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Two or more years of concierge, hospitality, customer service, front desk, hotel, residential, or related experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and community resources preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality-related education or certifications are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Experience with property management systems, CRM platforms, or related software preferred
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Ability to successfully complete background screening, drug screening, and employment verification requirements
