Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat pediatric patients experiencing developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor deficits, self-care limitations, handwriting difficulties, feeding concerns, and other occupational performance needs.
You'll work alongside Speech and Physical Therapists to help children reach meaningful developmental goals while supporting families through education and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Occupational Therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct pediatric therapy services
- Complete timely documentation
- Collaborate with caregivers
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
- Maintain compliance with Georgia licensure and professional standards
- Support positive patient outcomes
Qualifications Required
- Current Georgia Occupational Therapy License
- NBCOT Certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for Pediatrics
Preferred
- Pediatric outpatient experience
- Sensory Integration experience
- Feeding experience
- Handwriting interventions
- Self-Regulation strategies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
