Rolling Boil
We’re hiring an experienced Server to join our team at Rolling Boil, an interactive hot pot restaurant located inside the Anaheim Packing House.
Rolling Boil offers a more relaxed, hands-on dining experience where guests cook and enjoy their meals together at the table. While shifts can get busy, this role is less about rushing guests through their meal and more about providing attentive service, explaining the hot pot experience, and making sure each table feels comfortable and taken care of.

Schedule — Must Be Available
Monday 11:30-4:30 pm
Tuesday 11:30-4:30 pm
Thursday 4:30-10:00 pm
Sunday 12:00-4:00 pmWeekend availability is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, attentive, and memorable service
- Guiding guests through the menu and hot pot dining process
- Answering questions about ingredients, cooking times, and menu selections
- Monitoring tables and keeping broths, sauces, drinks, and supplies stocked
- Supporting light food preparation, including using a meat slicer
- Keeping your section clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Maintaining excellent service during both slower and high-volume shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21 or older
- Previous serving experience required
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable explaining the menu to guests
- Able to stay organized while managing multiple tables
- Comfortable using or learning to use a meat slicer
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to help the team
- Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude

Pay: $16.90 per hour
