What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates and client leadership.

Support employee onboarding and engagement.

Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Assist with attendance tracking and workforce support.

Partner with recruiting and branch teams to meet staffing goals.

Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Help resolve employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

Staffing, manufacturing, or automotive experience is a plus.
Schedule

Primarily 1st Shift

Some weekends required

Must have flexibility to adjust schedule when needed to support teammates and client operations.
Skills and Experience:
Experience Requirements
Required:

Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Preferred:

Staffing or workforce management experience

Manufacturing or automotive industry experience

Experience with employee relations, attendance management, and coaching

Recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience

Experience working directly with both hourly employees and client management
