About the Role:
Bottcher America is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas, Texas area. Focusing on Dallas/San Antonio area. This position has a multi-state territory. Other states include New Mexico and Oklahoma. This position will focus on sales in the Graphic and Industrial Markets.
**THIS ROLE IS BASE PLUS COMMISSION**
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Dallas area.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Educate clients on the benefits and applications of Bottcher rollers and consumable products as well as the Industrial markets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Overnight Travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory efficiently.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing/Printing Industry, Preferred
- Knowledge of Graphic rubber rollers and Industrial rollers is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Mechanically Inclined
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
